If you log in from multiple countries, access natuna through VPN or proxy services that obscure your true location, or show other signs of jurisdiction-hopping, we will investigate. natuna may freeze your account pending investigation or close it permanently if we determine you are circumventing our jurisdiction restrictions.

Payment Methods and Regional Compliance

natuna accepts deposits through Indonesian payment rails—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet—as a practical matter of serving users in supported regions. However, accepting these payment methods does not mean natuna is licensed in Indonesia or that our services are automatically legal for all Indonesian residents. Users accessing natuna through Indonesian payment methods remain solely responsible for verifying that their use complies with Indonesian law. natuna cannot and does not provide assurance that accessing the platform from within Indonesia is legal. If Indonesian authorities determine that natuna's services are prohibited for residents, natuna will cooperate with legal requests and may restrict or close accounts accordingly.

Deposits made through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer are non-refundable unless natuna initiates a refund due to compliance review or regulatory action. If your account is closed due to jurisdiction violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited or held pending legal direction.

Account Closure and Fund Handling

natuna may close your account immediately if we determine you are operating from a prohibited jurisdiction. Account closure does not require notice and is not subject to appeal. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be held for up to 90 days while we complete jurisdiction verification. After that period, funds may be forfeited or transferred to a regulatory authority as directed by law.

If you voluntarily close your natuna account because you are relocating to a prohibited jurisdiction, request a withdrawal before closing. Withdrawals follow normal compliance review and are processed to the payment method originally used for your deposits.
